You can see thousands of Myvi on the road. Even every car you see in front of you, at the side of you, at the back almost everywhere is full of Myvi. Even the parking lots, the next car parked to you is a Myvi. Its like millions of them in the whole Malaysia itself.
Mind you, the Perodua Myvi sold in our country is the exact same model found in Japan, Toyota Passo, Daihatsu Boon. Malaysia car maker surely lost their talent on building their own car model. Instead they invest a lot of money on copying or borrowing Japan's leading car maker's design and almost everything inside and outside the car while managed to do some modification on the interior and some part of exterior like wider rear bumper, frog shape body. Copycat.
Perodua had a very good marketing strategic. To the additional of RM400, the new model would have: a new stereo system which enable you to play mp3, wma, USB slot for thumbdrive readings, and also not most car stereo has this one a Bluetooth enable systme which allows you to pair with your mobile phone A2DP.
That's why Perodua Myvi remains the best selling car after Proton. Perodua offers the best features available for its car unlike Proton Saga for example. Without ABS or EBD, people won't dared to buy that car even though its cost less than a Myvi costs. Its because no safety ma, got only one air-bag for Saga and no ABS/EBD breaks. Like this people buy Myvi lo...got 2 airbags and ABS/EBD breaks got safety ma.
Its up to you guys to comment. Its just my 2 cents about cars.
