The last day in chemistry lab.

Today is the very last day for us (PE7 and PE8) to be in the chemistry lab until we graduate our A Level Programme. It's a historic day where we are stepping in the chemistry lab for the very last time. So, today I will post up all the pictures I taken throughout the whole 1 and 1/2 year in Taylor's College.

Throughout the whole 2007 and 5 months in 2008, we had lots of fun in our chemistry lab. We had changed 2 chemistry labs location (CL4 in the first semester, CL3(old) in the second semester, and CL3 again which is on the 3 rd semester) throughout the whole 1 and 1/2 years in Taylor's. Among all the lab, the worst one would be the 2nd semester where we had to use the very ancient chemistry lab which had never been renovated since Taylor's establishment in the 80's (I guess...). Then the next year which is year 2008, we are in luck to be using the same Chemistry Lab 3 (CL3).

Why? It's because it's been renovated into so called state of the art modern chemistry lab and we are the first students who actually use the newly renovated lab after we are back from our long holiday break in Nov/Dec. At least Taylor's did use some of our money to renovate labs and upgrade some of their equipments once in a blue moon. So stingy.

OK, let's cut the long story short, you guys only want to view photos. Nah, here's the photos. There might some photos repeated in my previous posts. Hope you guys don't mind. Enjoy!

1st sem in CL4, Miss Nor is a the back (incubator).

Chemical Reagents for Qualitative Analysis.

Another photo of chemical reagents.

You can't blame me for taking the same photos.
Because I was too enthusiast when
first time going into a chemistry lab.

>.< At last something different.

Jenz holding a boiling tube which
have some complex substance.

End product is gold dust. Yeah!! $$$
(Content in Jenz's boiling tube)

Miss Nor, our chemistry lecturer.

So many test tubes and boiling tubes.

A litre measuring cylinder.
This is the old CL3 lab.

Who would have time to fill the
10 litre volumetric flask to full?
And who even have the strength to
lift it and shake it? Crazy huge.

Some test for organic chemistry.

Ning stand still when Ms.Nor ordered him to do so.

Ning trying to get some attention in lab.

Loong Jin sitting on Ning's back.

The truth is revealed. This is Loong Jin!

This is the new CL3. Nice hor!

The hot ladies in my class.
From L-R: Lye Wan, Yee Ping, Jenz, Hui Wen, Yue Hui.

The additional of William Teong (the most right).

Future engineers.
PE7 and PE8 (Merged class)

Time passes too fast, a blink of an eye you realized is already almost 1 and 1/2 years studying in Taylors and also having a lots of sweet memories with my classmates PE7 and PE8. I wish time can pause for another 1/2 year because I enjoy being together with this class. If only time can be reversed or paused. ~Peace~

The day I almost killed myself.

Today, I suppose to have a wonderful weekend like everybody else do. It turn out to be the worst day or maybe NDE (Near Death Experience) like in Ning's earlier posts in his blog site.

8 hours ago before the incident happen, I eye witnessed a car that is burnt to ashes. The car is just right near the junction heading to Taipan USJ. A car suddenly burn itself? Wow! That's my first time seeing that.

See that burnt car on the left lane.

This is how it looks like after it was been burnt completely.

Later on, at around 7pm which is the NDE that almost killed me and my mom happened at the same exact place where I had my car accident last year. That accident is a minor accident. It happened on the junction entering nearby Kein Yip's house. I was thankful to be alive. I must say Thank God. It's all my fault. If I weren't to drive that speed I wouldn't ended up nearly collide with a large Toyota Harrier in front of me and my mom.

It's all blame on me. If I weren't to thinking of other stuff than to focus on my driving I would ended up almost took my mom's life and also my life as well. The minute the collision yet to happened, my mom shouted at me to stop, if she doesn't shout or alert me I would had ended up in hospital.

I had made a huge mistake in my whole entire life. If my mom weren't beside me, I would had been taken away by the death gods. I tell my self after making that mistake is not to drive that speed and also try to stay cool and calm.

Partially to be blamed is the cars at the back of me constantly honking at me and also the owner of that Toyota car is about to turn inside and then suddenly changed to U-turn and causes to almost collide my mom's car head on. 2 words that runs on my mind continuously is "Thank God" .

Well, I hope this incident won't happen again to me. I certainly hope that one day the attitude of Malaysian drivers will change and try not to bully the "P" sticker drivers. I will not forget today's incident and will learn a very big lesson from it. Is to drive at a moderate speed, always alert, and stay calm on the road.

Are you out of your mind?

Before I write something, what will most of the people in the city will be doing in this time in the morning?

6.29 a.m in the morning?
Zzz...still sleeping in their dreams.

OK, I admit that I am out of my mind because I wake up at 5.30am in the morning and at that time (this time is synchronized to 10 minutes faster, so it should be 6.19am!) I was already in front of college. Seriously, college starts at 8am and you are 2 hours earlier in college? People always thinks it is crazy to be that early at college. Well it's simple. On this time you will find ample amount of parking spaces in front of college. So you won't be spending time searching where to park. Moreover, wake up early in the morning train you to be independent and it would be useful when you go out to work especially in KL where you need to wake up as early as possible to avoid the heavy traffic jam. Speaking of traffic jam, at this time there is not too many cars so you can speed! In addition, you have ample time to study in cafeteria. That's where your mind is clear and able to adsorb the information. I strongly believe in this phrase :" The early bird catches the worm."

There isn't any car at all. My car is the first to be there.

The end result, you get to park in front of college and it's easier to get into your car if the weather turns to raining.

Later in the afternoon, when we are on the way to Salmon Steak, we found out a stray cat was playing with it's food that is a dead rat. I don't really understand why this stray cat amuse almost everyone including me ,Ning, Jenz and also Wayne to start on their camera phones and started shoting a picture of the stray cat with the dead rat. The stray cat had become a Star for the day.

The stray cat with the food.

Another interesting picture is a butterfly enters half-way to my mom's car bonnet gap. How the hell this butterfly flew into the gap of the bonnet? It took me some time to get out the butterfly harmlessly because I don't want to hurt that butterfly.

A butterfly got stuck between the bonnet gap.
How did it get there? God knows.

That's the end of my post. ~Peace~

Stuff from my grandma's house.

Well, I did promise to take some pictures of the stuff that is available in my grandma's house. It's not much to take cause some of the stuff already been thrown away. Anyhow, my grandmother's house is almost 30 years++. So at least will have some traditional stuff in that house for sure.

But, but before that, I would like to share with you a picture taken from my house. It's incredible!

Look! It's stand on it own!

Continue with pictures below.

Long wooden cabinet.

Guess what is this?
If you can guess it I will give you RM0.50.

Well, is this consider a traditional toilet roll holder?

Even the lamp is also ancient.

Never see this thing before.

It weights 2.0Kg. Damn heavy.
Can use it as a dumb-bell.

I went to KFC to try out their Chicken Rice Combo. I was dumbly influenced by the TV Commercial Advertisement. This plate cost me RM10++ with tax and service charge. Here is an interesting part, when I get the white coloured plastic container I thought it was a salad or mashed potato. It turned out to be a so called bowl of chicken soup. Even a stray cat would complain it is not enough for it to consume. The soup taste like Ajinomoto Soup.

When you buy a Chicken Rice Combo, you will get a chance to win a new Proton Saga. All you need to do is guess the millage. Guess what, I guessed nothing. How the hell I would know the car's millage when it travels from one station to the 12th station? Even so, the chances of winning one of the car is like one in a billion chance. So, just give up la. Don't dream of things that it won't belongs to you. Moreover, it's just a Proton Saga Baseline Manual. Not worth to guess.

Nam Heong Chicken Rice tastes better.

Well, today is my last day of my long week of holidays. Get ready to study. ~Peace~

3 days in 1 post

Last Saturday, I went to PC Fair without the 2 monkeys (which includes Ning a.k.a. Monkey and the other one is Kein Yip a.k.a. KY) following me to the PC Fair. End up alone and helping 2 of the monkeys buying their IT stuff. I hate to take public transport especially during weekends and also the time where all the people use public transport to get to PC Fair. The whole Commuter Train is packed with thousands of sardine fishes.

All these peoples want to get to KLCC.

Crowed

Suria KLCC

I enjoyed browsing the whole PC Fair booths and head back home with my stuffs at 3pm sharp.

The next day which is a Sunday morning, my mom decided to bring along my grandmother to have lunch. I was delighted to have lunch in CoCa Restaurant because that is one of my most favorite Restaurants of all time. After the lunch, as I was walking alone in Subang Parade (my own free time), there is an Auto Fest (held on 11th to 13th April 2008) which displays a variety of modified cars. That is my lucky

day can get to see variety of modified cars and also the ladies there. I also get to vote which is the best cars of all to win RM1000 voucher but I didn’t stay until night to the announcement of the winners. After that, I went back to my grandmother’s house which is in PJ.

Aggressive look!

Nice car plate

Leng lui and nice mod too. I vote for this car.

Blu-ing

Green!! Too bad didn't snap a photo of me with it.

Yellow Jazz.

Wow, many awards for this car.

This tortoise car sure is one aggressive cat.

Pink, Aman's favorite colour.

Nice Vios.

The next day which is Monday, I need to wake up as early as 6am in the morning.

Hearse Parking Only (Nilai Memorial Park)

One of the places in Nilai Memorial Park

Nice view

Place where I pray for my grandfather

(people in there is my grandma's maid. -_-")

Foods presented.

Burning paper money and cloths.

Haiz…spoil my holiday sleeping mood only nia. Today is the most important day as today is the last day for “Ching Ming” (in Chinese 清明) to pray for my grandfather which passed away at 2004. At 7am sharp, I help my grandmother and her maid to help pack the food, some fruits and

prayer stuff into the car before we head off to Nilai Memorial Park which requires almost 45

minutes journey. When we reached there at 8am sharp, I and my dad started to set up the table and place the foods and fruits and started praying. After that, we started to burn paper moneys and also clothing for my grandfather in the other world. At 11 am sharp, we head back to PJ. Then later, my mom fetches me from PJ to Subang at around 4pm.

That’s my 3 days diary. Today I was damn tired. So, hope you guys can understand my blog

post for today. I found out there is a lot of broken English, vocabulary error and many more. It’s because I writing this post with my eyes barely open. ~Peace~
